ORS Ad Hoc Reports

Click on the view button to the left to select an ad-hoc report from the list of reports. You will be taken to a specifications page where you enter the specific requirements for the report in question.

The reports are best viewed in Internet Explorer, version 5 or newer. Numbers in ad hoc reports are by their nature preliminary; they are subject to verification against accounts and documents.
In the interest of confidentiality, proposals are omitted. Only non-technical descriptions appear.

	Report Name	Description
	Individual Awards for Investigators	This gives the total awards for an investigator in the university for a given date range.
	All awards for the university	This gives all awards for the system, as acknowledged or received by ORS, in a particular date range. Awards can be sorted by department, sponsor, or investigator. Because ORS receives reports of UH Hilo's awards annually at the end of the fiscal year, awards for UH Hilo are reported in the succeeding years' reports. Only previous fiscal years include Hilo's awards. This is a high-volume report that runs relatively slowly.
	Awards Aggregated by College / Unit	This gives the total awards collected by each college / unit in the university for a given date range.
	Awards Aggregated by Principal Investigator / Department	This gives the total amount of awards acknowledged through ORS for each principal investigator for a given date range. Investigators are selected by department.
	Awards Aggregated by Sponsor / Type	This gives the total awards collected from each sponsoring agency or type of agency for a given date range.
	History of Awards for a Department	This gives the total awards for a particular department in a range of fiscal years. It also gives the awards for the university in those years and computes the percentage contributed by the department. These reports run slowly.
